Horrible customer service. I called and placed an order with them and was told it would take about 35 minutes to deliver. And hour and 15 minutes passed by without any call or delivery from them. I called back and asked what was going on and was then told that someone came to my door and knocked, they attempted to call 4 times and then was told they do not deliver to my address. 1- why would someone come to my house and knock on my door in attempt of delivery if they do not deliver to this address 2- why was I not informed they didn’t deliver to my address when they took my order. 3- I never received a phone call from them. Extremely upset with their customer service.

In business since 1971, this pizzeria is like stepping back in time and place. A nostalgic feeling of old time pizza places for sure. Excellent pizza pie!

Place allows smoking apparently, pizza is traditional style, not paper thin not bread thick. Cheese is thick and really good, sauce is there but not overpowering. No smokers where there when I went, service was friendly and as I waited regulars where greeted by name. Family run local business with a high quality product.

This is a different type of pizza; very thick, lots of toppings, lots of cheese, and very reasonably priced. This restaurant has been in the same location for more than 40 yrs, and owned by the same lady. Very casual dining, the inside is not much to look at, but the food is consistently delicious...When I go home for a visit, I always go to Gina's, always!

Taste like Home! There is something special about an old pizza oven that just can't be found in the new delivery places. Always friendly, fresh salads, great fountain cokes, and pizza that will have you rolling your eyes with delight!

Extremely salty, could only eat one piece and had to go to a fast food restaurant.

Husband and I tried it for the first time today! Saw the good reviews, asked around town, decided it was worth the try and yes it sure was! Best slice of pizza I have had in years, cheese sticks are good and my toddler gobbled it up! Prices are reasonable and cheaper than chain pizza places. Excited to try the chicken parm and manicotti next. Love that it is a mom and pop shop, you can taste that it is homemade bread and sauce.

Best pizza around..... anywhere.

I live in Pittsburgh pa, where there is a pizza shop on every corner. When i moved here, i sought out to try them all, looking for a pizza pie that is as good as Ginas. While i did find some good pizza, i found nothing that comes close to the unique taste of ginas. When i visited Ginas a few weeks ago, i was worried the pizza would have changed in my 5 year absence, that the pizza i grew up with would no longer be as good. I was wrong, the pizza is still just as good, nothing has changed and nothing compares. Keep it up, Ginas!

I've been eating at Gina's Pizza for approximately almost forty years. I live in Houston so I do not get the chance to get up there very often. But when my daughter comes to visit with my grandbabies I order a pizza she picks it up and bring it to me. Anytime I visit the Fort Worth area I will go by and eat you can guarantee that. Keep doing a good job love you all

Horrible pizza, I will not return. Smells of smoke from cigarettes. I went in here to eat and their was hair in my food. Old people hair. Was this a joke?...they don't wear hair nets or hats or nothing. So bad

I ate here the other day and ordered a pepperoni pizza. If I could have rated this place a zero star rating I would....the people that work here are very rude not to mention the hair I found in my good. It was more than just a strand...it was like a whole hand full had been extracted and thrown in my good. So gross...and then I noticed that they don't wear hair nets....so that makes me think...do they wash their hands after the restroom..i don't know. Guess that's the way hillbillies live. Omg...i will never go back.

Picked up 2 pizza’s for a post Christmas meal w/ visiting relatives from out of state .We could barely eat one piece it was so bad. Crust was hard and dry cheese was rubbery.We threw it out. Very disapiointed andEmbarrassed that our company did not having a nice meal.

It's been a family tradition for me for over 40 years to eat Gina's Pizza. It's the only pizza worth eating in my opinion. Family owned and operated by a staff that's been there for many years. You can't get a better pizza that tastes authentic and if you're in the mood for something different, check out the meat salad or lasagna!

Called and asked if they deliver to Jelly Stone. Was told yes but didn’t have the complete order for family. Called back 10 mins and younger kid mentions they don’t deliver here... after I got everyone’s order and appetite for Pizza. Off to Mr.Jims

This is a very old establishment. Nothing wrong with that but it is a little unsettling when the outside has had a face lift and you walk through the door to the 40 year old interior. A bit of a shocker. If you ask for seasoning like crushed pepper flakes, it will appear as if all the seasonings, condiments etc. Have been around since the grand opening on March 28th, 1978. The pizza is made with lots of cheese on top of everything. You need to cut it with a knife and fork or the entire topping comes off on your face. The pizza is not the best I have had. But, edible. You can eat it if you stand the heavy cigarette smell. We won't go again.

Hands down the best pizza in Burleson. The home made pizza sauce is spicy and rich with fresh garlic flavor. The hand made crust is like no other. Give Gina's a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Last year a friend and I set out on a mission to find the best pizza in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. This place was my favorite. We went to all of the newer trendy spots, but this was my #1 seed.

I hardly eat here but my dad has loved it my whole life. It is really good pizza. I’ve never heard or experienced this cigarette deal people have mentioned. My dad has a nose out of this world and would never eat here if he had smoke issues

My first Gina's pizza was way back in 1971 or so when my dad brought one home and I was 7. Loved it then and continued to love it growing up. I moved out of Burleson about 8 years ago, so it's not as convenient as it was, so my last visit was about 3 years ago..... until tonight. It's still great! I love this place and the 70's charm of the dining room. So much better than anything in Johnson county, especially the chains' generic pizza!

Best customer service of any pizza spot in town. Good pizza, my wife thinks it's the best in Burleson. IDK about that but it's good for sure and its family owned which makes it better as far as I'm concerned. Dated but that's ok, we usually pick it up and go anyway.

We ordered a pizza, on Saturday, at 9:00 and they do not close until 10. When we tried calling them they never answered, so we drove up to the building only to find out they were closed! They didn’t tell us or even give us a heads up!! Also, when I want to order pizza they are always out of everything. Ugh!!

This pizza is the only pizza that taste the same as the day it opened. If they wasn't closed for the night I'd order my usual right now. Don't snarl your nose at it till you try it.

We love this place the staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. And the food, well it's the best pizza I've had. And yeah we love the fact that we can take our time eat and smoke and just relax.
